I'm really not in a hurry to get this game or anything. I was basically just wondering if you guys would consider the experience to be good enough to warrant spending that much money on it.

For example, I've played most of the Contra games many times, to the point where I'm able to do no death runs, and I still enjoy playing them from time to time.

It's ridiculous lately. A game that came with the console and probably every single person who owned an SNES had at one point in time. I assume it was after they released the remake on Xbox arcade. How it was the arcade version and not the SNES version. People probably started buying the SNES version making the demand go up.

I used to play the arcade game all the time and the SNES version recreates it very well, albeit with simpler graphics. The Genesis version is gimped quite a bit in comparison. I don't think it is worth that much money but there was a LOT of nostalgia in it for me and I wanted to own it and play it.
